Easi Technology Software and Services Limited was founded with the vision of contributing to Nigeria's technological growth by providing innovative software solutions. With a focus on building enabling technology structures, we cater to individuals, Nigerian businesses, and the government. Our products include apps such as Ahfiah, Newscroll, and TravelPassNG, all designed to make life easier and more efficient.

2. Employment Policies

Employment Classification
Employees at Easi Tech grow through the following categories:

Full-Time: Regular employees working 40 hours or more per week.

Part-Time: Regular employees working fewer than 40 hours per week.

Contract: Employees hired for a specific project or period.
Probationary Period
All new employees are referred to as contract employees or employees and undergo a probationary period of 4-5 months. During this time, performance and fit within the company will be evaluated. Successful completion of the probationary period will result in confirmation of employment.
Work Hours and Attendance
The current standard work hours are based on customer demand and will be adjusted in the coming days, Monday through Sunday. Employees for now are placed on schedule with expected roles. Employees are expected to be punctual and maintain regular attendance. Any planned absences should be communicated in advance.
3. Code of Conduct and Ethics
Workplace Behavior
Employees are expected to maintain a professional demeanor at all times. This includes treating colleagues, clients, and partners with respect, honesty, and integrity.
Integrity and Professionalism
Easi Tech expects all employees to act with the highest level of integrity and professionalism. This includes being honest in all dealings, maintaining confidentiality, and upholding the company’s reputation.
Anti-Harassment Policy
Easi Tech is committed to maintaining a workplace free from harassment. Harassment of any kind, including sexual harassment, is strictly prohibited and will not be tolerated. Employees are encouraged to report any incidents of harassment immediately.
Compliance with Laws and Regulations
All employees must comply with local, state, and federal laws, as well as company policies and procedures. Failure to adhere to these guidelines may result in disciplinary action, including termination.
4. Compensation and Benefits
Salary Structure
We are currently building our salary structure, however, Easi Tech plans to offer competitive salaries based on market standards, experience, and specific role. Salaries are reviewed annually during performance reviews.
Performance Reviews
Employees will undergo regular performance reviews to assess their progress, identify areas for improvement, and discuss career development opportunities.
Employee Benefits and Perks
In the long term Easi Tech plans to offer a range of benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off. Additional perks may include flexible work arrangements, wellness programs, and professional development opportunities.
Leave Policies are open to Full Time Staff

Annual Leave: Employees are entitled to 10 days of paid annual leave per year.

Sick Leave: Employees are entitled to 3 days of paid sick leave per year.

Maternity/Paternity Leave: Employees are entitled to 34 weeks of paid maternity/paternity leave.

Other Leave: Additional leave options may be available based on specific circumstances.
5. Health, Safety, and Wellness

Employees should familiarize themselves with the emergency procedures for their location, including fire evacuation plans, first aid resources, and emergency contact information.
6. Workplace Policies
Remote Work Policy
Easi Tech supports remote work arrangements where appropriate. Employees must have prior approval to work remotely and must adhere to company guidelines for productivity and communication.

Onboarding and Orientation

8. Termination and Exit Procedures
Voluntary Resignation
Employees wishing to resign must provide 12 weeks’ notice in writing. The company will provide a final paycheck and any accrued benefits on the last working day.
Involuntary Termination
Easi Tech reserves the right to terminate employment for reasons including, but not limited to, poor performance, misconduct, or violation of company policies.
Exit Interviews
Upon termination, employees will be asked to participate in an exit interview to provide feedback on their experience with the company.
Return of Company Property
All company property, including laptops, electronic devices, access cards, and documents, must be returned on or before the last working day.
